At Avyron LLC, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional financial and accounting services. Because of the customized, labor-intensive nature of professional consulting and tax preparation, our refund policy differs from standard retail purchases. Please read our policy carefully.
1. General Refund Policy
Generally, fees paid for professional services are non-refundable. Once our accounting professionals have commenced work on your account—whether analyzing ledgers, preparing tax forms, or drafting advisory reports—billable hours have been utilized.
2. Tax Preparation Services
Refunds are not issued for tax returns that have already been finalized and provided to you, regardless of whether they have been officially filed with the IRS or state agencies. If you choose to cancel our services before the return is completed, you will be billed strictly for the hours worked up until the cancellation notice, and any remaining retainer balance will be refunded.
3. Bookkeeping and CFO Advisory
For bookkeeping, payroll, or virtual CFO services, fees are based on a one-time engagement or project basis. Due to the upfront labor and setup required, these one-time fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
4. Errors and Omissions
If an error is discovered on a tax return or financial report that was directly caused by the negligence of Avyron LLC (and not due to inaccurate data provided by the client), we will amend the return or correct the report at zero additional cost to you. We do not provide cash refunds for errors, but we guarantee the swift correction of our work.
5. Business Formation and State Fees
When you hire us to form an LLC, Corporation, or Partnership, a portion of your fee goes directly to the state (State Filing Fees). These state fees are entirely non-refundable once the paperwork has been submitted. Any refund requests made prior to state submission will be honored, minus an administrative processing fee of $150.
6. Process for Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please submit a formal written request detailing your reasoning to info@avyronllc.net. Our management team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
